I saw “Iron Man 2“
today and was surprised.
I published a movie review
April 27th by U.K. writer
Robbie Collin of Iron Man 2 –

The review made some good
points but as a whole was wrong.
Iron Man 2 is a great movie!
Yes,
it had some problems,
such as under using the
Black Widow
(Scarlett Johansson).
I wanted to see much
more of Black Widow
both in her Widow outfit
and also wearing those
skin tight dresses so I could
admire her well rounded
performance.
(Thats my story and
I’m sticking to it.)

Mickey Rourke had a big
part and was really great
at playing Vanko,
whew,
he was scary.

I really liked Sam Rockwell
also,
he was over the top but
the part called for it.
Director Jon Favreau both
directed and played Tony’s
friend Happy,
and he was good,
but more Scarlett and less
Jon would have been great.

Justin Theroux wrote
the screenplay,
but I read that Robert
Downey Jr. took the script
and worked on much of it,
though the credits did
not reflect this.

I really liked the script,
Tony’s wisecracks are
perfect for his narcissistic
personality disorder.
Gwyneth Paltrow was
great as usual,
all the actors in this film
were wonderful,
and the movie never
dragged.

I enjoyed every minute,
and the music was so
very good.
I found Iron Man 2
a thrill ride I would take
again,
and can not wait
for Iron Man 3.
If you see this film,
sit and wait through
all the credits at the end,
you will see one last scene
after the credits roll.
